Come have a vacation that can be just about whatever you want it to be. It can be anything from a quiet beach getaway (except on the busier summer weeks) to a beach party to remember. It is also a great hub for all kinds of Southern California excursions.

The condo is directly across the street from one of Oceanside's beautiful wide sandy beaches. It has direct ocean views from all rooms including both bedrooms, so you'll be going to sleep with the sound of the surf.


This Condo (A23) Features: 

- Master Bedroom with a Queen bed

- 2nd Bedroom with a Full and a Twin beds

- Living Room with a 55" HDTV, DVR, Stereo, and Full Sleeper Sofa.

- 2 Parking Spaces of its own in the attached parking garage.

- No stairs except to the beach. The condo and its parking are on the same level. There is 1 step down from the condo's patio out its private gate to the sidewalk/street/beach.


North Coast Village (Complex Map): This condo is part of the large resort-like North Coast Village condo development in Oceanside California. The complex occupies over 12 acres along one of Oceanside's largest beaches.

North Coast Village has features you would expect like two Jacuzzis, a gym, and a putting green but it also has something that is not very typical for beachfront developments, two pools. One is Olympic size and the other is smaller and more private.

Check-Ins are handled by an on-site Homeowner's Association office Five days a week during business hours. At all other times you can check in at the Security Guard Office. So, there's no deadline to get checked-in for the night. To check-out just leave the keys in the Key Drop Slot at the Association Office. All other items are handled by the Rental Agent you used to book your stay.

Parking is usually a concern in beach areas but not here. The development has gated parking garages so you won't have to go looking for a place to park every time you return from a day trip. The condo has two parking spaces that are on the same level as the condo and are very close. So, there aren't any stairs or elevators between your car and your front door. 


What You Can Walk To: Once you get here you can put your car keys away except to make one trip to the grocery store if you'll be doing your own cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Six blocks to the South is the Oceanside Pier. Enjoy a walk out on it to watch the Surfers and people fishing. It's a public fishing pier so bring your rod and reel or rent them from the bait shop that is located in the middle of the pier. At the end of the pier is a Ruby's Restaurant which is a 1940's style diner. Two blocks inland from the pier is a Regal 16 Cinema.

Just a Three block walk North from the condo is a nice selection of restaurants at the Oceanside Harbor. There is a Rockin' Baja Lobster, Joe's Crab Shack, Monterey Bay Canners, and The Jolly Roger. After eating you might want to rent a Kayak for a paddle around the harbor or go out on a Deep Sea Fishing trip with Helgren's Sportfishing. Or, enjoy one of my favorite pastimes which is to get a cup of coffee at The Nautical Bean Coffee Shop and walk around the harbor.


What You Can Drive To: There's an incredible number of day trips that can be taken from here which will still leave you with some beach time most days. Less than 15 minutes of driving will take you to Mission San Luis Rey or Legoland. A 30 minute drive will put you at Torrey Pines State Reserve or the Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds. Just 45 minutes and you're at Sea World or the San Diego Wild Animal Park. An hour is all that is needed to get to the San Diego Zoo and in just 70 minutes you could be at Disneyland. Ten minutes from Disneyland is Knott's Berry Farm. If you're up for a longer trip a drive of around 2 hours will take you to Six Flags Magic Mountain or, to slow things down a bit, the Getty Museum.


Summary: This 6 person condo is privately owned and is only rented by two rental agencies. One of them is listed at the top and bottom of this page. It comes fully furnished which means you just need to bring or buy food and paper products. It comes with Two of its own parking spaces that are very close in the attached parking garage and are on the same level as the condo.
